"It's an unfortunate time that we all have to go through and is never easy mentally, but that being said my brother and myself came from out of state as our mother was visiting a friend in Kentucky and passed so myself and my brother where in Lexington and let them know the situation as we are both in different states (Massachusetts and Virginia). They had everything ready for us the next day and it wasn't rushed on their end as they gave us full attention.
